There is an established schedule which makes things nice. The caregiver and Dennis like each other and they do really well together. I think they are a little understaffed.

There were a lot of changes with aides. They supply the nurse who calls or comes to the home and they call and check in on her. They can improve their communication.

We hired Preferred Care at Home of Northwest New Jersey as opposed to others because they were able to fulfill the schedule that we needed. They were the most reasonably-priced and they were quick to come and do an evaluation. They're working with my father three days a week for five hours each day. They take him to and from dialysis, do light cleaning, food shopping, and light meal prep. Their caregivers are excellent and we are very happy. They're very reliable; absolutely compassionate. They have great communication with me, the office, and the actual home health aide herself. They go above and beyond with what they are expected to do.
