Medicaid referred me to Always Home Care for my dad, who is a stroke survivor in need of a home health aide. These people put me through a series of questions and had me go through the work of getting a doctor's referral for the services and then the agency (Deborah is the contact) told me (after I made several follow-up calls a week later:: "The owner has to sign the paperwork for the aide to lift your father. And then we have to find an aide who's willing to do that kind of work." Mind you, I had already told this woman that my father can assist and doesn't need to be picked up, only guided. After several more phone calls to them I was assured that Deborah would call me back with an answer. She never did. But God is good because if this is any indication of the reliability of any aides hired, my dad was spared and I was saved. Thank you, Jesus.

I have used this agency for hha for my mom who is a stroke surviver, bedridden with dementia. No less thank 4 times (in less than 6 months) nobody has shown up, and the agency notifies me it will be hours (once 6 hours) for a substitute to arrive. Yesterday and today, I went to work, only to find out an hour later no aide was with my mom. (AND SHE IS COMPLETELY HELPLESS!) They have no backup system, and are not dependable. I wish I could make a criminal complaint for endangering my moms life. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
