Those people keep an eye on my dad and perform basic duties and functions. The caregivers are pretty pleasant and pretty nice. Some are better than others. We have the opportunity to request people if we need to. I think some of them are a good match to my dad. There are 2 or 3 of them now that we have that are pretty regular which are fairly good matches. In times when they are not able to send people to the home when we are requesting, often times those people are not necessarily the best match. "

They're not good about returning calls and they're short-staffed. I don't think they have enough people to help them, they can't keep a person long enough because they don't give them long hours, so they had to find jobs elsewhere. So I'm not impressed with the way it's organized. But the people were pleasant; when you get a hold of somebody they were very nice. But it was hard to get a sound schedule from the same person twice. They need to have more staff and there needs to be somebody you can talk to when you call."

The aide they sent me was really good, but she quit the company in about a week and they didn't send anybody for a whole week. The service was okay, but they didn't have enough people working for them. There were a lot of times, they didn't have an aide. But they were nice to me. They need to get more people to work for them or have enough aides. "
