"I am using Griswold Home Care for South Bend and Elkhart for my wife. Everything's been good, so far. I can't complain. They come in and make sure my wife takes a shower. It's only two hours, three days a week, so she doesn't fall. Also, they help her get dressed, pick out her clothes, and help her with her make-up, and get her ready, so she's very presentable. If the weather is decent, she takes her out and sits outside for a little bit with her. They also provide some cleaning in the house. They do sweeping, light cleaning, and things of that sort. The caregiver understands how to speak to my wife. My wife's hard of hearing. She won't wear hearing aids. She used to talk up so she could hear, and they got along very well. I haven't had any problems with them."

"Seasons HomeCare is highly recommended to us. When the owner came out, he was very personable. My parents really like them. They just adore the person they send to the house. That's what ended up selling us -- it is the care that they're giving. My parents have a lot of animals, and it took them some searching for somebody who can put up with the animals and the amount of the work that it would take, but this caregiver never complained. She is just very good with my parents. This is the second person that they tried, and she is a perfect match for my parents. She is a college student, but you can tell that she really cares about my parents and she cares about the job. She doesn't look at it like it is just a job. You could tell by the work that she does that she really does care. "
