This Agency is excellent!! I would not be were I'm at without my Therapist Julie!! She is the BEST in the WORLD!! I would not want any other Therapist!!!

Having ReliaCare Home Health coming to me again for the fourth time in 4 years, I decided it was time to write a review. I was assigned ReliaCare when I came out of a rehab center in March 2011 - my first experience with home health. I had a nurse, PT and OT. All three were very skilled and supportive. They worked around my schedule of frequent doctor visits just as I understood that, in turn, I needed to be a little flexible for them as they juggled their schedule of service. It worked fine. In mid 2011, only the nurse was still coming because of a wound that wouldn't heal. It was so disheartening, but not only did Donna take care of the wound as instructed by doctors, she helped me keep positive and also made her own suggestions beyond what the doctors and wound clinic were doing. I will always believe that the final antibiotic which was suggested by the results of blood work Donna recommended is what finally healed the wound. I have needed home health care three additional times, and have always requested ReliaCare and Donna. I am sure the other ReliaCare nurses are equally competent and compassionate, just as all the PTs have been. But sometimes it helps ease the stress to have someone who you already know and trust, and ReliaCare is very good at working to accommodate their patients. I highly recommend them for you or your loved one.

I wish that there were more stars that I could give this home health care agency! My mother had chronic COPD, among other serious health issues that required home health care. She was assigned Donna for nursing and Julie for physical therapy because she was severely deconditioned from all of her illnesses and hospital stays. From the first visit we knew that this was going to be a perfect fit. Donna and Julie should be commended not only for their knowledge, expertise and professionalism, but for their compassion and genuine concern for my mothers well being. As weird as it sounds....they became an extension of our family because we felt so comfortable with them taking care of my mother for the many months they did. The dog even stopped barking because he trusted them too! They were always available by phone if we ever had an issue on their "off" days and answered any and all questions that we had to ask. They helped my mothers quality of life tremendously! If you want an agency that is going to take care of your ailing loved one, I would highly recommend Reliacare Home Health Care. I can't thank them enough!!

My husband was assigned Reliacare after a knee replacement in April '14. He was assigned a nurse and PT, both were extremely professional and excellent providers. We were so pleased that we requested the same two providers when he had a second knee replacement in October '14.We found them to be prompt and flexible in scheduling of appointments and therapy. I would highly recommend this Home Health Company!

They cancelled every appointment and I terminated them before seeing anyone. They put a note in the file that I had cancelled. As a result of the false statements on my records, I have been home for a week and have no therapist.
