I have had 3 different homemakers. The VA uses these people, and this company. Thought they were going to be good. Little training. 1st visits arent getting to know them, its go to work. Attitude, and condescension by the Aids at all times. Stuff like washing counter tops, bathrooms, sinks, all done half way or, not at all. Lint Traps on dryers not cleaned ever. All jobs are done as i said halfway. Meal prep (where?) never done. Shower care...No gate belts, cant wash properly. No masks!!!!! No Covid shots!!!No background checks, or Drug tests!!! Come on. Dont use!

There is little organization to Larlin. They came a week after sending someone - quite unprofessional! I highly recommend looking at other agencies as I am seeking to do! Careful: they may well send someone they don’t bother introducing you to and that aide shows up without being prepared for the job. They just finished downsizing and it’s apparent! I am finished with Larlin. Interview each candidate to acquire pertinent information to be certain you know the caregiver BEFORE they send you one. Good luck!

This Health agency is a farce. The home makers as well as the management there are very unprofessional. They seems as though they do not communicate with each other and they do not communicate with the client ( my mother and I). They would send random people to our house without discussing it with us. I would tell the Coordinators the times that was needed and they would never get it right. The ladies would get there with no information on my mother and would usually come with an attitude. By far this is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. They do not need to be in business; servicing the public.

The name of the home care is Larlin Health Care. It's probably been going on for maybe two years now. The caregiver is very good and tolerant. She does care a lot, and my mother-in-law likes her. My mom is a very difficult person to deal with because she has dementia. But this caregiver just goes with the flow and just goes with her mood which is very good.

This provider's manner of communicating with its clients (it's management in particular) is not only lacking in professionalism and gentle compassion, but can be downright arrogant, condescending and demeaning. Be cautious if considering this provider, better yet steer clear and find an alternate!
