Senior Helpers North Side Chicago LLC has been extremely helpful and they found a particularly capable and nice helper. My husband, however, decided that he wasn't ready for in-home care, so right now, the services are suspended, but we hope to resume whenever he feels he's ready. The Senior Helpers office and the supervisor were extremely supportive and helpful. I will always go back to them first whenever my husband decides he's willing to have the Senior Helpers. They were just great and I can't say anything bad about them. They were right on the spot. They were accommodating and we loved the personnel. We love the gentleman that they sent as a helper. I'm hoping maybe later we can get him back. My husband is having trouble with mobility and dementia. That's what the Senior Helpers were here for. The gentleman was really great. They offered everything and we figured out together what really what we needed and the main thing was companionship and assistance with toileting and bathing, that kind of stuff.

Interactions are very good I am very satisfied with both girls . They see to all my needs. They are very professional and caring. I feel safe when they are here. This is a wonderful agency that I would recommend to anyone.

Senior Helpers has been wonderful to work with in the care for my brother. They jumped in and made a smooth transition on short notice. The day-to-day care giver (Amaire) is fantastic with my brother. And the management team (Katey, Omar and Jasmin) have been extremely helpful on extraordinary events (travel preparation and onsite laboratory procedures). They made this process much easier to manage given the long distance relationship with my brother in different states.

Senior Helpers is wonderful! They were very helpful guiding us through this as we've never done this before. My mom's aide Cathy went above and beyond, was always on time and took great care of her while I was away. Omar and Katey from the office were also very kind and helpful!

My mother who has dementia had just come out of the hospital after experiencing a fall. After a doctor analyzed her he felt she needed to go to hospice due to her decline. we hired a caregiver from Senior Helpers and amazingly my mother’s condition improved. While the dementia cannot be reversed, the caregiver found ways to get my mom engaged in various activities that she had not done prior. She was singing, dancing, and laughing on a frequent basis. She did not spend her days sleeping or watching tv. A side of my mom was brought out that we had not seen in years. Due to the support from the caregiver, my mother has since returned to her apartment where the caregiver continues to work with her. Our caregiver is attentive, communicative, caring, and hard working at helping my mom have a good quality of life. We are so pleased with what she has done and highly recommend Senior Helpers.
