My family recently hired Cloudnine Agency Home Health Services to take care of our Mother after a fall. I could not be any more impressed with this company and all of their employees! Their nurse aides are all intelligent, compassionate, and hard-working individuals. There were instances when we needed someone to come care for our Mother and the time frame that we gave Cloudnine was very short. They made it happen with a smile on their faces! They were always easy to reach, pleasant to speak with, and treated our Mother with dignity and respect. From housework to nursing skills, they did everything we could have possibly needed and then some. Our Mother appreciated the care and kindness she received from them and we appreciated the peace of mind. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs someone to care for a loved one - whether you need someone to cover nursing care, help with respite care, or help with transferring your loved one to appointments, these are the people for you!!!

Our caregiver's professionalism went well beyond the requirements for the position. Her dedication to, and concern for my care, has been consistent throughout her stay. Her cheerful disposition, caring manner and kindness, as well as her capabilities, never failed. We have felt reassured by her presence and encouraged by her commitment."

Need to be nurtured yourself or have a loved one taken care of for a short or extended time? This is the agency for you! I have had first hand experience that Julia Barr cares about people. My husband had shoulder surgery recently. She organized meals, visited to see that he was getting everything he needed for his recovery, and even shoveled snow! If you need help, she is the one to call! She will meet all you your needs for comfort, care, and peace of mind.
