HomeWell Care Services of Boise provides personalized in-home care that helps older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Our agency is locally owned and operated by Mark and Miriam Adkins. Miriam is an occupational therapist and serves as our Director of Care Services, bringing a clinical perspective that helps ensure care plans focus not only on assistance, but also on maintaining independence, safety, and quality of life.

We understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust. That is why we carefully select and train compassionate caregivers who provide dependable support and meaningful companionship. Our team assists with a wide range of daily needs, including personal care, meal preparation, mobility support, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Miriam's occupational therapy background also helps guide our approach to care. She oversees care plans and caregiver training to ensure clients are supported in ways that promote safety, maintain routines, and help individuals remain engaged in the activities that matter most to them.

Whether families need a few hours of help each week or more comprehensive support, we work closely with clients and their loved ones to create a plan of care that fits their needs.
