I would tell someone that Sustained Hope matches their caregivers with their clients rather than just sending anyone. The most helpful thing about having the services is having someone with my loved one 24 hours a day.

My main thing is that when the family of my resident hired Sustained Hope, they had a set schedule, but they have a habit of not being able to find coverage all of the time for their loved one. Sustained Hope makes my life so much easier by helping with the resident and they are really good with her. I do not have to worry at all when they are here.
