I will start by saying I love the people that come out to provide the services, the office has left horrible taste in my mouth. The complete lack of competence, care, ability, I am not even sure of the words. I call with concerns or questions and I an not called back, I have to track people down constantly and when I finally do get a hold of someone to complain I am met with attitude. The lack of equipment the the nurses carry is astonishing, and to send a nurse into a home knowing they don't have the proper equipment? Again, I am at a loss here. My mother has had 3 different companies including this company (a different location) over 3.5 years and there has never been an interruption in services, yet PT has not been to the house in over 2 weeks, your explanation, we are waiting for insurance to approve, maybe you should call! Again in those 3.5 years I have never been told to call nor has there EVER been an interruption in services. Personally I would NEVER use the Lawrenceville office.

I'm currently using Kindred at Home Lawrenceville which is paid for by my dad's insurance. The agency is excellent, they never billed me because it goes to Medicare. They were great. They provided physical therapy for about 6 weeks once or twice a week, and they did occupational therapy more than anything.

We’ve been with Kindred at Home and everything is working out well. They provide my husband with PT, OT, and bathing. You get a social worker and nurse who will come according to what your needs are. They have goals to work toward and they work until those goals are complete.
