When they came, it was helpful to have help here. It wasn't always on me. We were very close with his worker, Katherine.

The owner is a wonderful person and I knew it the moment that I met him. They are fantastic across the board! I really like that my mom has used them for almost two years. They are very caring and very professional.

The caregivers have helped the most with helping my mom get out of bed which can be hard sometimes, making sure she eats, and also just being a good resource for me and giving me ideas. I like that they people they bring in, their attention to detail, keeping me on top of things when things change, and the nurses they bring in to help my mom truly are there for her well-being.

I initially had them come for medicine check but now I have them come and help her with her shower and make sure that she doesn't fall.

My loved one was capable of taking the pills of the pill box was filled, but my loved one couldn't fill the pill box. The caregiver came once a week to fill my loved one's pill bottle and take vitals. Bill and his team were honest about what they could and couldn't do. If they couldn't' do something, they made sure I knew well ahead of time. Every service they committed to, they delivered. They wouldn't try to fake it if they couldn't do it or if they didn't have the staff. I appreciated that honesty.

I have not used them a lot, but if I am not able to be there for my mother, if I am out of town that is when I use them, and they make it better. I like the people and the service, I think they have good values.

She has vascular dementia, the care worker needs a break. I'm her only child and I take care of her. After hours and days with someone with dementia, you need a break. Everything they have been helping with is priceless. All the people that I've had here for Mom have been great.

They need to have better trained people and they need to show up when they say they are going to. Another big problem was they didn't communicate within the organization. They changed caregivers a lot and those caregivers didn't communicate about my mother. I would like to see them improve the training for the caregivers. A lot of people came and slept.

I needed their help big time. I was very tired, and I took off a lot of work to take care of her. I was unable to go back to work, but when they came, I could return and get the sleep I needed. The way that it impacted my life was that from being alone to being cared for. I like the husband and wife ownership, and there is someone always to help when I need it, and they are pretty reliable.

I have never worked with a service before, and actually I know the owners through friends. They are really wonderful people, and it really helped my sister and I to not have to stay with my mother and have to find other people to stay with her. It would be an inconvenience for us to constantly have to stay. We would be really tired if we had to do that. She was difficult, and it was hard for us to deal with her. Everyone that came, the ones that I met, were always so kind, patient, and attentive to her because she was a difficult person to handle.

My mom still has a lot of independence, but she likes the extra help. The caregiver is pleasant. I like that they are very responsive to our needs. The caregiver is perfect for my mom.

Right now we are building the time, but we are needing more in the future. At this point in time it is more my issue then it is theirs. They could have a little bit better communication in terms of scheduling.

The big thing is how they relate to my family member. They have been improving on their communication, but I do feel like they try to pull people that my family member is comfortable with.

They could have been more engaging with memory activities. They could have improved their scheduling and communication.

They are doing a good job because they help me to be able to get out a little bit by myself. They try their best to match somebody up with us.

I could go on with my daily life because of Comforting Arms. I would have had to miss work. It allowed me to live my life. These people saved my bacon. They helped me figure out how to get my mother the help that she needed. They were willing to find people and find time, even after hours and between hours.

They do everything they can to help my spouse and I along throughout the day. We couldn't live without them. We've been able to use them for 2 years, and they are here when they say they will be here.

I was so desperate, and I needed the help. I was very impressed with the employees. They were able to have contact back and forth between us.
