I liked that they were not there for the paycheck; they were very caring, unlike other facilities. They were alert even in the middle of the night. If I made a sound, they were right there.

The quality of people is very good. They try to be very helpful and attentive to the patient and give the proper care that is needed. They do try to help. They are attentive. They are very supportive.

The caregivers call out on the weekends. We have to make sure we have someone here, and he is dependent on somebody being there. They are good people, and they care for him.

I like that they always have someone available to send out, and the caregivers seem to be more knowledgeable than other companies that I have used. The caregivers were nice, caring, and very communicative.

He only had evening care. I have liked some of the caregivers. They are good and personable with my dad. Some of them come in and do what they need to do and leave. They talk with him. I did like that. Improvements could be with the organization. Some caregivers call out and there is no backup. There were days we were without anybody. His care isn't in desperate need of somebody.
