The caregivers are always on time, and they are very responsible. Their quality of care is great. The ladies have been very professional and kind-hearted.

The schedule is not good. They could cook some food for me. I can't walk and need a regular caregiver.

They helped me out a lot with chores I could not do because I am disabled. I like that they really care for you and not just do the job. They go above the call of duty.

She is doing better. Her caregiver knows how to handle her. They have more experience dealing with dementia and Alzheimer's. They are able to redirect Mom.

They quickly gave us information. We have had a couple issues with caregivers. Patricia has solved them quickly.

He only had evening care. I have liked some of the caregivers. They are good and personable with my dad. Some of them come in and do what they need to do and leave. They talk with him. I did like that. Improvements could be with the organization. Some caregivers call out and there is no backup. There were days we were without anybody. His care isn't in desperate need of somebody.
