I have various procedures to take care of at my hospital. They are outpatient but require a driver and someone to be present. I have used the Right At Home service several times. When I call to set up a date they always answer right away. We discuss details, any special needs, and within a few minutes all the plans are in place. On the day of service they are always on time (actually early), informed, and ready to help. I appreciate Right At Home very much. I have a serious heart condition and they help take any stress and anxiety out of my day when I have to go through some pretty long testing days.

Miriam and Karina are both amazing, always available, and just a phone call away. We've start using their service 1 1/2 years ago. We needed a care giver for a couple of hours to take care of our mother and keep her company. Right at Home has been providing a wonderful service and we are very happy with our decision to use them.

I will eternally be grateful to Miriam, owner-operator of Right At Home in Weston, for the consistent, attentive and compassionate care she and her aides provided to me and my mother for 7 months while my 93 year old mother was dying. When Miriam first met with us, we did not know how sick my mother was. She spent an hour getting to know my mother for the purpose of matching aides to her personality and she did such a good job that she never once sent an aide my mother did not like, and to me that was quite a feat. My mother's illness progressed so quickly that care plans became obsolete before I had a chance to implement them. Miriam rolled with the punches, gave me ideas, gave me support, helped me sort through decisions based on limited finances, and worked meticulously with our two private aides. Miriam always went to extra mile to be helpful, which I found amazing considering how busy she is. I was sleeping on the sofa and was my mother's main caretaker (at age 70), and Miriam was one of the few people who understood what I was going through and acted accordingly. I cannot say enough good things about her or her agency. She is good with people and the one time I had a problem with one of her aides, she handled the situation perfectly, the relationship was salvaged, and that aide came over the morning my mother died and cried with us, and we are still in touch. I've had experience with other agencies when my aunt needed care, and this experience was so different, so much more humanity based, I can't imagine having gone through this difficult time in my life had I not had the resource of Right At Home Weston and the above and beyond support of its owner.

Miriam and her team provided home health aides for my injured 86 year old mother. They were excellent from the start. They were punctual, attentive, and kind. They took very good care of my mother, helping her to walk again, eat on her own, and bathe herself. She was in great hands with Miriam's team. When they left, I felt sad that I would not be seeing them again, but so happy that my mother lived and was back to herself. Miriam is accessible and extremely proficient. When you need her, she is there. I am very happy that we chose to use Right At Home. I give this company an excellent review.

I cannot put into words how wonderful Right at Home and their amazing caregivers have been. My elderly parents, both with Alzheimer’s, needed in home care and Right at Home was recommended with good reason. When I initially contacted them I only needed someone during the week while I was at work but that turned into including weekends and then 24/7. Miriam was there to help at every turn and had the best group of caregivers on the job immediately. There was never any delays or hiccups and the care my parents received was always top notch, they were treated like family and had the patience of saints. My parents genuinely loved them as do I. There was nothing they wouldn’t do for them from bathing, cooking, cleaning, dressing, taking them for walks and just listening, they were always there. They also went to all Dr appointments with me to assist. Miriam also took all the hassle of dealing with State Farm off my hands and coordinated everything for me. I could not have made it through these last few years without the entire team. I always had peace of mind that my parents were well taken care of and that’s priceless. Unfortunately my parents are deteriorating to the point they now need memory care and I so wish I could bring their caregivers with them. They are now family and we will miss them immensely. If you are looking for in home care, Right at Home is the best out there, they truly care for you and your loved ones.
