Kindred Hospice is Awesome! Hands down. I applaud the Staff. They have been just wonderful to all our needs during the care of my Mother until she passed. I was completely comfortable, they Also, we there for family members coping skills as well. I appreciate this company to the FULLEST! I recommend their services to everyone in need. I could Not have done this without them. Thank You again

Please NEVER use Kindred Hospice Orlando. We have had 2 horrible experiences in the last 10 mo. They are not there for the patients. Mom was in hospice for the last month, however hospice did not visit for the last two weeks. The nurse said she had to be COVID tested before she could return. 13 days later she got her COVID results and returned today. I asked why another nurse could not come during that time and was told they did not have any nurses that were COVID tested? So instead of Hospice visits they made a few phone calls for almost 2 weeks and those were considered Hospice visits? Hospice care = tele-health??? FYI- they never spoke to Mom just the CNA on duty at that time. Today was her first in person visit in 2 weeks and we received a called to let us know that Mom was is in her final stage. Now, I know we are in unprecedented times and we should all be understanding, however, one would think that she would have stayed with Mom and the family during her final hours. No, she did not, she left and did not return until we called and complained. I could go on about the awful experience however, bottom line they do not deserve to care for anyone. Stay away from Kindred Hospice Orlando.

Words cannot express the wonderful experience with Kindred Hospice as I go thru this journey with my mom. I am so grateful to Scott , the RN for his compassion and dedication and always going above and beyond . His expertise is comforting to my family . Nyobi, our nurse aide is always a delight to see as she is always on time and does an exceptional job. On behalf of myself and my family I would like to extend a thank you for being here with me and my family and for the care Kindred provides with all of their wonderful and caring staff.

I cannot express how amazing, caring and complete the service my dad received was. Sue came to the hospital the day I decided to not have any life savings measures performed on my dad. Within 6 hours dad was home. Before he arrived Sue from Kindred had made every arrangement from hospital bed, critical care nursing, medication and everything possible to made dads last days on earth comfortable and pain-free. If you have a loved one who needs hospice care make sure to use Kindrid.....absolutely amazing, caring people.
