Professional Healthcare and its caregivers have been pretty good, and they’ve been very professional. The caregiver was late this morning and was running behind on her scheduling, so I guess something might have happened, but she called way in advance -- like 5 hours early -- saying she will be late, so she knew this morning that she was going to be late for this afternoon appointment, but that's fine. They seem to be doing what they're supposed to do. They were referred to us by the hospital, and they're friendly and fine.
