Unreliable service provider. I am a relative of a client who is unable to care for himself and was assigned KBC. This organization has not been able to back fill in the absence of staff, departure from the agency, weekend nor evenings. Communication skill are with the client/client’s family regarding services none. They do not return calls, when someone finally answers. “The famous words are WE ARE WORKING ON IT AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU, which never happens. As a result we the family must readjust our schedule at a drop of a hat because KBC’s inability to provide services. Why do they still have a contract?
