I like that if someone's not able to come, they can send someone else. The provider has helped the most with making sure someone's there for my mom to ensure safety.

I like that they keep in touch with me. I also like the text messaging communication, it makes it easier. They always answer and it's not an automated system. It was stressful before because I couldn't do anything, so these services have made a huge difference in my life.

I like receiving text messages that are timely in relation to the schedule, and our caregiver has been great. It has had a big impact as it has given my mother some companionship, which she needs.

I recommend it because they were prompt and we needed help and they were on it. It sounds like they are very accommodating. I like that they had a consultant and caregiver come out the next day.

It's pretty good with those that are coming, they seem to know what they're doing. It seems to me that there's a problem with communication and staffing. If someone can't come, they can never seem to find someone else.
