The companion I have currently has a bad back and sits on the couch. They're always checking up on me.

They have a good relationship with my mother. They don't always have good caregivers available if the primary caregiver is not available.

It was very helpful because we needed people to come in. I was comfortable leaving the home because they were reliable. The caregivers were pretty local. I would highly recommend them because every caregiver was excellent and compassionate.

I need to have some Monday through Friday because I work, and sometimes they can't find someone who can cover. I have had to miss some work because of this. I like the caregivers they send.

They need to communicate with me when they don't have a caregiver and find a replacement. They have not done well with that. They could improve on their communication and having replacements when people call out.

They give me a break. It gives me some breathing room. I like the caregiver. He is very caring and bright. He is cooperative. He is a good person.

The girl that comes does her job very well. But she didn't really communicate if she could come or not. She had to stop coming later on. The girl that comes very good.

The nurse aides treat me really good with respect. They get me clean and feed me. They are great, they are understanding and they help me out.
