Constellation Hospice

We have hired Constellation Hospice for my sister, and they are wonderful. They provide nursing services, social workers, and religious care. They supply all her medical supplies. We've got a hospital bed and all the other supplies that my sister could use. They get any medication she needs, oxygen she needs, everything is supplied through Medicare. The nursing staff is great. They've been coming 3 times a week to check on her, and they're awesome. They're just right on the ball. There is one nurse who mostly comes in. And every once in a while, if she can't, someone else comes in her place. The nurse takes her vitals. She sees how my sister is doing. She checks her physically. It was very seamless working with Constellation Hospice because they had a liaison in the hospital when my sister went into the hospital. So, it started there and it was a seamless transition going home.
