Voyager Home Health Care (Voyager) provides in-home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Personal Care Worker services in the Colorado Springs area. We have a highly-trained staff of skilled Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Workers (PCWs), and Home Health Aides, all of which provide the highest quality of care within their scopes of practice. Our staff always treats your loved one with dignity and respect and ensures they can remain independent, perform their normal activities of daily living (ADLs), and continue doing what they love from the comfort of their home. Our RNs provide skilled medical care and supervision within the home, that way you can feel confident about your loved one's health and safety. Similarly, our CNAs and PCWs provide personal care and medical care including ambulation (walking) (e.g., care provided to a loved one who is unable to walk or bear the majority of their weight on their own), mobility, lifts, transfers, and documenting and reporting vital signs and other pertinent information to our RNs.
