They are good about trying to schedule the same person, so there is a flow, and we don't have a stranger coming all the time. We just went through 2 different situations where there were scheduling issues, and they were slow to take care of that.

The agency made our life easier by not having to go anywhere to do the infusions. All the nurses were great. I liked how they came into the house, they would set up anywhere you wanted to.

We don't have to be concerned about taking the client out when we leave. If we need a lab draw, we can do it through BrightStar Care. We like our nurse very much, however the first nurse that they sent was nice but was a little new to home care and didn't go super smoothly.

They were the first rehabilitation rehab I had after I had surgery. She was attentive she took the time to talk to me and take my vitals. She was personable. I like the people that were sent to my house. I like their attention to detail and their follow up.

There are significant problems in finding BrightStar. They work through a third party company to give me services. These services are going through several of my doctors. They're getting better at giving services. BrightStar chose me, I wouldn't recommend them because they were sent to me.

I think everything went fine. It was nice because they could better handle my daughter with bathing. Things were hard because we had a different caregiver every time, but we didn't have the services for very long. If we had the services longer, I'm sure the agency would have found us a regular caregiver.
