Thank you so much for the care you provided my grandmother in her time of need. The peace of mind that myself and my family had was great. We had interviewed a few agencies and we chose Visiting Angels. They were recommended to us by the same group of doctors. Their service was amazing. They had somebody come the first day, she was just not a good fit. My father-in-law didn’t care for her, even if everything she did was fine. But personality he just didn’t like her. I called them that afternoon, and they had a different person the next day. She was a God sent. She was there for 6 weeks, the time we needed help. She would always do things yet be compassionate, caring and positive, which I think is hard to be. She did some light housekeeping, food prep, helped with personal care like take him to rest room at times, companionship and just somebody to be there. He just thought she was a great person and we did too. We just couldn't say enough about her. I just really liked the people, how they handled things. They're responsive, they listened and found a good match. You can call them anytime. Anything good that somebody would say, I would say about them.

This agency provides very capable trained personnel on very flexible schedules based on your needs. They arrive on time and have initiative to perform care without being told what to do. This is a well run responsive experienced organization. The only area in which they are not flexible is pricing which is stated up front and carefully monitored by a phoned-in timecard like check in/out by the caregiver. Hours are tallied in minimums of a quarter hour and billed by the week. I highly recommend them.

We used Visiting Angels in 2010 for the first time. They were very good. The caregivers were pretty efficient. The management was also very good. I never had any problems with them.
