very disappointing visits from the staff here. they always seemed rushed and gave vague answers to my questions regarding my family member's medications, onging and new problems and current plan of care. they do not handle their billing properly. i have been receiving multiple bills from ambulance companies and nursing homes although i was told that her insurance would cover the costs. i've been directed to multiple office numbers when trying to figure out how to get a hold of someone to explain why i am being billed over $6000 and am still running around in circles. incredibly unprofessional.
