Sutter VNA and Hospice

Very disapointing visit from the head hospice nurse. First off we asked if she could do the paper work in the kitchen away from my friend who is in his last days of cancer. He was lying on the living room couch. She blatantly igonred the request and was in the living room for 2 hours having the patient's wife sign a bunch of papers. She even insisted that he sign papers even though he could barley support the weight of a pencil He used all the strenght he had to tell the nurse that he wanted his wife to sign the paper work as she had power of attorney. The nurse insisted that he sign, which stressed him out. There were moments when his wife cried and the nurse gave well rehearsed, contrived moments of comfort, which looked awkward and fake. in the end, she stayed for 2 hours, and stressed the patiend out by forcing him to sign a bunch of paperwork that he did not want to deal with, and she was talking openly in front of him about how little time he had.
