I don't even know where to start! I am having major hip surgery tomorrow and had initiated post-op home care arrangements with Katherine a few weeks ago. She came to my home to meet me and discuss my needs, schedule, etc. l have had two joint replacement surgeries already and have used home health care both times. Suffice it to say, l was a bit surprised that Katherine didn't do a safety inspection of my home for trip hazards.This was a mandatory prerequisite for my last two surgeries. At the time of our initial meeting, Katherine said she had a caregiver in mind. A week went by and l had not heard back from her. I was already feeling uneasy as schedules and caregivers had already been assigned two weeks prior to my previous surgeries. I called Katherine this past Monday to follow up and hopefully have everything in place. My surgery is supposed to be tomorrow morning and l still have no schedule/caregiver to begin this Sunday . l am already feeling incredibly anxious about the surgery and the last thing l need is not being to count in home care as promised. I am scrambling to find assistance from another company, but it is highly likely that l will have to reschedule my surgery tomorrow due to Katherine's lack of follow through. Incredibly unprofessional company that l would approach with extreme caution!

Care for Seniors was more expensive and cared about money. It was too much of a hassle with them. I used their services for about five months.
