We have part-time care from Care at Home, and we've been happy with him so far because he has been very good. The minor problem is most home caregivers are agents and so their English is not quite perfect. Sometimes, that's been a little bit of a problem. They've done everything they said and do a very professional job. The caregiver is there four days a week for four hours a day. His job is to basically make sure that my brother-in-law takes care of himself by eating properly, keeping his appointments with his doctor, keeping him bathed, keeping the laundry clean, keeping his bedding clean, doing light house chores, cleaning the kitchen, and just being a companion.
