We're using At Home Support Senior Care. I've had lots of problems over the past few months with them. The morning shift is a little better. The problem is that they are constantly sending different people. There's a lot of last minute cancellations, even within ten minutes sometimes. "Nobody's coming and we don't have anybody to take care of your mom" and then really leaves us in a situation. Some of the people that they send don't do anything at all except sit around. Some of them fall asleep, some of them play on their phones, and sometimes they complain about the other caregivers not doing enough work and how good they are. It's just been a bunch of drama. The billing has been fine. They seem to send that on time, and it's every couple of weeks as to how they bill. They send a bill to my mom and she writes them a check. They need to hire some more ethical people that have a conscience and don't just decide "Oh, I have an emergency." I understand that people have emergencies, but three times in one week and then sending people who don't listen is not good. They don't train them well. Every time somebody new comes, I have to train them how to get in the house and what to do. It's annoying and that happens a lot. I would not recommend them again. If it were up to me, I would cancel their service, but my mother seems to like at least one of the caregivers who is taking care of her. Until that changes, we will still be using them unfortunately, but on a limited basis, only four hours a day.
