We used Sunbright Hospice Care for my mother. They were really good because they were proactive. They called me often to want to know how things were. If I had any questions, I called and got an answer right then. All the nurses that came to the house were personable, which I liked. The nurses would call after they visited my mom to update me on what was happening. I would get a call from the office, and they would follow up after the nurse had been there and said, 'Hey, I just want to make sure the nurse called and you understand what's going on.' Any time I needed equipment, I called, and they took care of it. They were really good about following through with everything that they promised. They got my mom a hospital bed, an oxygen concentrator, a walker, a wheelchair, and a bedside table. We didn't get billed for anything. It was all through Medicare. The staff was great. The nurses were great.
