I hired Practical Home Care in 2017 to care for my Father till he passed away in 2020 then my Mother needed the help so we continue with the ladies. They are wonderful people, great customer service from my field manager. We are very happy with their business and I reffered some of our family members to Practical Home Care. I heard about Practical Home Care when I was in nursing home for rehab. The social worker came around with them and because I would like to be transferred out soon, I was looking for someone. I have a caregiver that comes three times a day for two hours each time seven days a week. I'm bed bound. I can’t stand or walk at the moment. So they do everything, my changing, check my meals and household chores. They do everything that you can't do when you're in bed. I have one regular gal that works with me Monday through Friday. She is just wonderful, best thing I've ever had. She goes beyond what she needs to do. I just can't praise her enough. She has a family and wanted the weekends off so on the weekends I get other caretakers. I don’t get them for very long so it's kind of hard but they've all been fine and they've all worked out but nothing is close to my Anna! She's just the best! Practical Home Care has been really wonderful. They've gone over and above. One of the reasons why I chose them was they were able to meet me on the price and the hours worked. Most places want four hours at a time only but they were willing to do it two times, two hours at a time for me. They've come and cooked me meals and brought me food treats on occasions, just stop by to bring me a muffin. They've been very cooperative. I've given them my highest praise!
