I had an emergency at 7pm and needed a caregiver the next day. Bilal went right to work. He found a person with 20 years experience who was terrific with our friends who had Alzheimer's. He made it over to visit the next day and wee are now going to use his Agency to fill any open slots in our schedule that our normal agency cannot fill. I recommend him and his agency wholeheartedly.

I highly recommend Certified Care Solutions. They met with us on request about providing service for our 80 yr old Mother, who had broken her leg. The service provided was exactly as he described. Nothing short of first class. Jeneen, Rosa and Ana were all exceptionable care givers. We will surely use these folks again if the need arises. A Big Thank You!

Everything about this company is WONDERFUL! I was VERY worried coming from out of town and needing nursing care after surgery. I was put at ease once I spoke to Bill. He is an just an amazing person. He reassured me that all would be well and sure enough everything went as planned. Everyone at this company has been a pleasure to deal with. Not only did this company provide such great service, they went above and beyond. He even called me to see if I was ok and if I made it to my post op appointment. I truly without hesitation would refer this company to anyone! Bill, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help.
