We're using Assisting Hands Fremont - Newark, CA for my mom. They provide cleaning, companionship, and taking her out for a little bit to go to lunch or something. The caregivers all have their own flow but generally do the same thing. Everyone's been pretty friendly, like the girl that we've had several times come in, who seems to get along with my mom, and to be pretty educated in dealing with my mom's diagnosis. The communication with the agency seemed pretty good and pretty clear.
