I used TheKey - Napa, CA for a couple of years. They were consistent. There was always somebody here. They offered suggestions, how they improve, safety and things like that. They probably exhibited more caring than the other agencies.

I used TheKey - Napa for my wife. They were very good, but they weren't consistent with their staff because people would come and go and I wasn't real happy with having strangers always in my house. The latter part of their service, the girl that I ended up with was awesome. She was an excellent lady, but I only used them four days a week, four hours a day. The lady that was taking care of my wife was the one that told me I should get her in a care home. She was still using their service up until August of last year, and I used it for about a year and a half before that. They helped me clean the house. They cooked meals for my wife. The latter part, they did help me with mopping and running the sweeper in the house. They did mainly light things. The problem with them was the staff was never the same at the beginning. I'd get somebody one week and another week, somebody else would show up and they'd be there a couple of weeks. It wasn't consistent and I didn't like all that activity in and out of my house.
