We had to go to another company because BrightStar Care wasn't able to fulfill our needs. Being with another agency has been a night and day difference. It was a lot of work trying to work things out with them. We have a problem with this agency's honesty factor. They aren't always able to provide a caregiver when they say they will.

They were nice. The caregiver wasn't too experienced, but my case isn't as extreme as some people. I needed to be with someone. I thought they were a little picky about computing the time. They took it down to the minute. Sometimes we just chatted, and we were charged for it.

It was very personal, they are different, but there was an overlap. She looked around my home to see if it was safe and gave me a suggestion for my home and for my living. The physical therapist was more on strengthening my leg and worked with me on that. They are great, I just thought they really cared about me and it was really personal. They came in and I had two people, an occupational therapist and a physical therapist, and they both worked well together.
