Ten years experience as a geriatric care manager, and a Masters in Counseling Psychology give Charlotte a special understanding of cognitive impairment, and how it relates to quality of life. St James Associates combine traditional care management, activities that enhance brain function, and, most importantly, the time and attention needed to bond with older adults. charlotte is extremely disorganized and makes a lot of mistakes. She ignores doctors advice and pushes her own agenda. Would not hire again.
