Thought it was time to tell you how appreciative I was with the compassionate care my husband Leon received from St Liz. in the last weeks of his life. Our nurse R.O.-RN was always there for us even when there were emergencies. The dear Ladies who attended my husband’s bathing, personal hygiene and changing bedding, etc., were very efficient and sensitive to his condition and needs. This took a big burden off of me as I could not do these tasks alone. Thank you ladies, R.O.- RN, G.O. - CHHA, L.C.-CHHA, and J.C. -LVN, you were awesome. Bless you and your staff for being there during a difficult time and an answer to prayer for me. You have a challenging job at times to those who are so seriously ill, yet you come with smiles, tender hearts and you get the job done. Thank you and I will never forget you! In closing I want to say, I would recommend you to whoever is looking for compassionate care for their loved ones to know that the service St Liz provides is excellent and they work hard for you. extremely disappointed

So disappointed with this agency. I would never want anyone to experience what we just went through. Our family was not supported by St. Liz. We called the office and ended up talking to a nurse who was out shopping. There was no one in the office. We asked to talk to the doctor. He called 6 hrs later. After our mother had passed. Only after she died did someone come out to the house. The nurse assigned to our family often missed appointments or arrived hours late. She knew nothing about how to administer the oxygen that had been supplied. It had a different regulator than we were used to. Scripts were delivered with "dispense as directed" However, no one had given instructions to the family. I'd rate them a zero if it were available. Where was the support we were supposed to have received as she was passing away? We did it on our own.
