I've been a client of Tender Touch Homecare for over 8 years. I can't say enough great things about this company! The staff is very professional, kind, and extremely accommodating! Any time I need anything they are always willing to help! My caregivers throughout the years have been excellent! They are reliable, very sweet and knowledgeable in their field! LOVE THIS COMPANY! I feel Tender Touch is a trustworthy and dependable company. They have provided me with an amazing caregiver for my mom, the caregiver is highly skilled, reliable and very compassionate. She has improved the quality of my mothers life beyond words. I highly recommend this company.

IT has been a week and they still have not send anyone ( CRYSTAL) my care coordinator keeps saying the next day every day and its been a week and still no one from her next day promise of someone showing up.

I suggest scheduling earlier than you need to leave. The staff are chronically late; sometimes even not showing up until the following day.
