We hired Family Home Care for over a month now. I liked them because they were very professional and they told me what their process was which I thought was really good. The caregivers are very caring and very knowledgeable. They are young and my mom seems to like them. I talked one caregiver on the phone, Charlene, and I liked her attitude and professionalism and the way she handled my questions. So far, I am very pleased.
