They have made sure that I can get around in my wheelchair around the house. They always make sure my floor is cleaned and also, they also take me out for errands. I like the caregivers; they are very detailed oriented and caring.

It's been wonderful. I live alone, and they make it possible for me to live by myself. Their people are wonderful. They show up on time. They are willing to do whatever you need to have done. They are very pleasant and very nice.

It is very good. She helped put up Christmas and put it down and I couldn't do that by myself. I like the owners Mike and Kelly and my regular caregiver Melissa is fantastic, and she doesn't hover which I appreciate, and she is pleasant.

It was extremely helpful. They watched my mother while I was on vacation. They responded. I reached out to other agencies that did not respond at all.

He has severe dementia, so he really needs it. I recommend it all of the time. If I have a question, they are always available. They are flexible.

The illness I have is terminal and there is nothing they can do about it. They can just keep me comfortable, and they are doing that. I don't deal with people, so I won't be recommending them to anyone.

They've taken a lot of stress off me, so it's very helpful. They provide the companionship he needs when I can't be there. I like the fact that I can interact with the client's caregiver. I can understand what's going on when he's in her care. I like the promptness of answering questions.

It has improved my life. They help the most with exercise, getting food, and helping me remember what I need to do day by day. I would recommend SYNERGY to others because I've been satisfied so far. They're there when you need them, they're helpful, and they're caring. I just haven't been with them long.

Michael and Lisa are responsive and I really feel that they care about me as a client. It is the best care I have received in the last 22 years. I like that this agency has more extra benefits and that they are flexible with the hours.
