"My mom is staying at Haven Health Sierra Vista for long-term care. It's a very safe place. At night, you have to let them know if you're coming after 5:00, so they will let you in. They have you sign in and sign out when you come and go from there. There is a 24-hour nursing staff on duty. There are two beds in the room. They have a very nice dining area where the patients can go down and eat with other people, or else the staff will bring the food to them in the room, so they have that choice. They have a code to let the patients in and out of the door, so they keep tabs on them that way. They have physical therapy right there at this place. They have physical therapists. All the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They are nice to the family, the visitors, and the patients. The patients don't complain. They have arts and crafts, jewelry-making, and painting classes. They have a staff member that will help them with that. They have a Wednesday night Bible study. Every room has a TV in it, so if they want to just stay and watch TV, they can do that. They have lots of activities. Some people can go on the bus and go to different places, and it is handicapped accessible. If the patient chooses to eat in the room, the food is not overly warm. My mom likes her food warmer than it is when it comes to her. But other than that, it's a very clean place. They do laundry. Everything looks really good. There are no bugs. Right now, they've gone through some renovations. They have long-term care for people with dementia, Alzheimer's, and people who cannot walk without assistance. But they do not offer any kind of church service on Sunday mornings."
