Caring Senior sent a male caregiver who can handle my husband on his own and treated my husband great. However, they have a minimum four hours of work to do, and once the caregiver had him showered and dressed, he played on his cell phone and watched TV for the rest of the time. They at least provided a person who could take care of him. My husband really liked him, and they really connected.

We used these people and they were horrible. They had a lady named Heidi that got was not professional. She treated us very badly. Our caretaker was good until she brought her sick kids to take care of my elderly mom. My mom ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. I called the owner of this place to explain what happened and the caretaker lied and said she took my mom to church that Sunday and her kids were sick during that time. She said she was off the clock. Well it just so happens my mom was in the hospital that weekend that this caretaker told Richard she was at church with my mom. There is no way she could have been at church. Richard did not care. He placed blame on us. This isn't the end of our story but were advised to tell others of our experience so this does not happen to anyone else.

Caring Senior Service was given to us by the hospital or else my wife couldn't be discharged. We haven't had them that long, so if I had to give the caregivers a compliment, I'd say that a lot of times they know their work. They know what they are doing, and they are fine. They are not just workers, but they are part of the family.
