I am using HomeWell Care Services of Glendale, AZ and Surrounding Areas for my fiance. They're providing the services I need and doing what I ask them to do. Additionally, the companionship he needs right now seems to be working out well, and they oversee his progress throughout the day. They've been available when I needed answers to questions and always offered something to aid me in selecting certain things that the caretaker may need to do.

We're using HomeWell Care Service of Glendale, AZ and Surrounding Areas. The girl that's coming to see my dad is very good, so I would give them a high rating. We've been using them for about a month now. He had a few caregivers and now he has one consistent that comes. They were good. I think the biggest thing is just sometimes they're a little late, but when they do the job, they do it. That's the only setback. It's not like I'm disappointed or they're not doing a good job, but it's not perfect. It's very good though. Billing and scheduling are adequate.

I used HomeWell Care Services of Glendale, AZ, and Surrounding Areas. I would recommend them highly, they were responsive. They provide services for activities of daily living. It's a very nice experience. They did the best they could. Looking at the rates of other agencies around there, I think it was on par with those, so, it is not that they charge me highly. The liaison or the agent was very good and very responsive. She would take the time to visit us and to see what kind of care was being provided and was very hands-on.
