Gentle Care was absolutely fantastic. We set-up a time, they came out, and it turned out they actually had one of the caregivers lives a block away from my dad. That was really good. My dad lives in a retirement community, so it turned out to be perfect for me. The caregiver knew my dad; I'm comfortable with that. They were very good and attentive. It was a very good experience, even if we were trying to organize everything from Chicago and not being out there. They found a caregiver for us immediately. The caregivers were very good. Their billings seemed to be very efficient. They would invoice us, and then we turn around and could pay them very easily.
