I have been a client of Cypress Home Care Solutions for over 6 years. They provided caregivers for my father and disabled son. In all cases, the caregivers they sent were well trained and very compassionate to the needs of my family members. I would highly recommend Cypress if you are in need of a caregiver. Cypress does background checks and makes certain the men and women they send out are well trained to perform their job as a caregiver.

I am a forced client of this company, and I find that they have a lot of problems with communication between client, caregivers and office staff. We have gone thru many caregivers, due to the fact that many of the caregivers felt they owned the house and/or know the clients needs better than the family. Many times I had the office manager and/or office staff treat me like I was stupid. I do have to say we(the fsmily) found a few of the caregivers to be type of people we are looking for to care for my grandmother. But the over all the service needs to stop thinking about the money and think about the client and there families needs

When my 93 year-old father took ill 2 years ago, I turned to Cypress HomeCare for assistance. It was one of the wisest decisions I made during an extremely difficult time. They treated my dad---and me---like we were family. Really....like family! His care for the final month of his life was beyond excellent, and I would heartily recommend Cypress to and for anyone!
