"They do not keep promises, we have a different person every time, we told each one what she needs, and they refuse to provide the supplies the doctors ordered even though they promised they would. We have had to order the supplies on our own or the patient would die. This is terrible for such a promising company. Be warned, pick a different Hospice or you might suffer the same difficulties getting supplies need for life support. The keep promising, but don not deliver the requirements set by the doctors."

"My stepmom was in Auburn Bethany House for hospice care before she passed away 3 weeks ago. It's like a home. The visitation policy was such that her daughter and husband could visit with her, and be with her in her last moments. That was one of the big things that was a blessing for the family there in Bethany House. The staff or people were friendly, courteous, and informative. The facility was good, and clean. They did good."

Interim did a fabulous job in matching their caretakers to my mom's personality and needs. Their service allowed me to get rest during the night, so I would be able to care for my mom during the day. "I have been really happy with Comfort Keepers because they don’t have different people coming in. If you happened to dissatisfied when they first send someone out, you can let them know. I have been using them for three weeks and have been very happy with the person they sent me. I talked to three different people and I really like the man. They do what they say and don’t send people out if you are not happy with them. "

"My mom has been at Lanier Nursing Home since June of 06 and this is by far the Best Place she could be! Every one who works there is very professional, kind, easy to talk to, and they'll go out of their way to help the patient's do any thing they can, and they work very hard at taking care of everyone, and at the same time, they make time to help the residents feel loved, cared for and at home. I'm there a lot so I see first hand how very hard each one of them work, and they each do their job with a smile and they all take time to interact with the residents when they have a spare moment. This is an execellent Nursing Home and each person who works there is a Super Hero without a cape! "

"I have used Gentiva twice and I would recommend them. I had shoulder surgery the first time and Gentiva was recommended to me. The appointment was set and a Physical Therapist came the next day. It was amazing how quickly they were able to start treatment. The PT was very nice and patient with me. My shoulder hurt really bad but she was able to work with me and not cause more pain. After about three weeks of therapy I was moving my shoulder like I never had surgery on it. It was great how the PT also showed me more excerises to do to keep my shoulder in great working condition. Then after I had the other shoulder replaced I didn't hesitate to call Gentiva. I did have a different PT but the care was no different. It was an amazing experience. I would recommend Gentiva to anyone that needs home care. They don't just offer PT. They are able to take care of almost any home care needs from Nurses to Home Health Aids and OT and Speak. Gentiva is in my opion the best Home Care Facility in Florida. "

"VistaCare does really well with my dad. They get along with him. They're very nice and very sweet to him. They do very well with him. We have them for a little bit under a month. They come in twice a week, and probably about four hours every time they come in. I have the same caregiver who comes in. It works right in with my dad's schedule. It's working really well, and it's working with his insurance."

"Regional Homecare was a big agency but I was glad they were able to find the time to attend to my mother. They catered to a lot of people but still they helped her. They did a very good job. Unfortunately, my mom died. "

"Before my mother passed away, we had Gentiva Home Healthcare for her. It was actually recommended by my mother's physician. They were wonderful. We had a nurse and a caregiver that came in and they came at different times. They were both caring and concerned about my mother. My mother broke her arm in two places besides having other problems and not being able to eat and all, but people from Gentiva were really gentle and very caring with her. They were very good to her. Their service was wonderful. They treated her really well. My mom was very happy with them. I absolutely recommend them to others. "

"I needed PT on my leg that I broke and help with blood clots and an illiostomy bag. The agency is great and very caring. I could not have asked for better people. They do come close to the time they say they will arrive. I have had many problems with the illiostomy but they have always been there for me even on weekends. "At Home Personal care people I talked to were very transparent in what they would do and how they would do it and the rates were pretty good. We've been using them for three months and they were great. The caregiver was very professional, she did what we asked her to do and she did it very well and in a timely manner. She is always on time. She's a nice person and she liked her job. My mother-in-law likes her. "

"The caregivers from Coastal Home Care of Columbus are great. So far it has been great. We have them twice a week, and it's $20 an hour for a minimum of four hours. The caregiver is wonderful."
