We have someone coming in from Right at Home Huntsville. They come in three times a week. They provide respite care and help with changing sheets. They're just very, very helpful. The caregivers are very flexible if I need to change my schedule. The person that comes in is excellent. She is very good with my husband. He is getting to know her, and he has dementia, so that's important, and she's just very caring.

This company is not reliable and has a significant issue with scheduling. I scheduled weekly service and two out of the six weeks they didn't show up. One of those times, I had to call them to find out why they did not arrive at the designated time. They did let me know approximately 20 minutes prior to arrival time that no one would be coming on the second occurrence. I scheduled their services so I could take care of appointments; clearly meeting schedules and being reliable are not important to the Huntsville business .

Right at Home Huntsville offers my mom daytime in-home sit with some assistance, like bathing and feeding. Marcy, one of the caregivers, is excellent and does a great job. She seems like a very good person to be with my mom. So far, we've been able to work through issues that have popped up. Richie, the manager, does a great job.
