The people are nice. They are not trained for what we need.

They are like family. They are easily accessible. They seem to have numerous caregivers with the skills needed.

They can communicate better with me. We have some difficulty with them, and it hasn't been easy. They are also more expensive, so I expected more.

They kept the patient company, and companionship. They could improve more transparency on the billing. I had some issues, and they never resolved that. They could have some consistency with the home health aides.

Well, I think the meal prep is what has helped the most and what we depend on. If someone no-shows, they can generally find us someone else.
