I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Is not too big and tenants can move around safe. My father never felt desoriented. He walked around and always new where was his bedroom. Heritage Court is like a big family.

I visited this facility

Heritage Court seemed comparable. There wasn't anything that I didn't like about it; I just liked the other community more. They offer a lot of the same things for the residents. I only spent 30 minutes there, but the staff showed me the whole place. I talked to one lady and she was nice.

Heritage Court was adequate, and it wasn’t as expensive as some other place. They have service projects, the dining area was alright, and the staff seemed helpful enough.

I visited this facility

I went to see Heritage Court for my mom, and I thought it was really nice. I would have liked this place, except that they wanted two years private pay. They wouldn’t budge on that and we didn’t have two years private pay. Otherwise, it seemed like a nice place. From what I saw, the staff seemed nice, and the lady who took us through the tour was very nice. They had activities every day, like crafts, movies, and music. Everything was clean and nice. The rooms were nice, and it was very clean.
