At Valley Haven Geriatric Center, the workers are very good with my dad. They know how he is, his routine, and he is used to them. We haven't had any problems. The facility is very clean. His room is very clean and he doesn't have a roommate at the moment, so he's very happy about that. He seems to be alright with the food. They do have things to do; he just doesn't participate because he doesn't want to. There are just some issues with communication with the social worker that they need to improve on.
