I've been to Alder House Assisted Living Facility. It was very expensive, the rooms were about half the size as the others, the cleanliness was good, the staff I worked with briefly over a couple times, and they seemed to have a turnover on their people, and they weren't nearly as professional and cordial as the other place by any means. It was not an easy process, kind of a little bit argumentative even. I talked to them and worked with them three times over a few years anticipating my father coming in there. I did go there twice and spoke to many people, so it wasn't just a quick rush through. They had a few activities on their list, and it's a nice location up on a hill, right across the street from the medical clinic, and very close to the hospital, and easy to just go up front and catch transportation.
